Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Practice Exam - Study Guide

Azure Monitor is indeed the correct answer because it is designed to provide real-time monitoring and performance insights for applications and services running on Azure. This service collects and analyzes telemetry data from various aspects of your Azure environment, allowing you to gain actionable insights into the health and performance of your applications. It helps identify issues and monitor resource usage, which is critical for maintaining performance and optimizing operations.

In contrast, Azure Advisor offers personalized best practices and recommendations for your Azure resources to help optimize performance, security, and cost. Azure Resource Manager focuses on managing and deploying resources in Azure through templates and management solutions, while Azure Logic Apps serves to automate workflows and integrate applications rather than providing performance monitoring. Thus, Azure Monitor stands out as the dedicated service for real-time application performance insights in Azure.
